Title: Peanut Butter Apple Crisp

1/4cPeanut butter
1/4cButter
1/2cFlour
3/4cSugar
4 Apples
1/2tsGrated lemon rind
2tbLemon juice
2tbWater

Cut peanut butter and butter into flour and 1/2 cup of sugar until crumbly. Peel and slice apples in a 1 1/2 quart shallow pan (6x9 1/2x2). Sprinkle lemon rind and 1/4 cup of sugar over apples; add lemon juice and water. Cover apples with the crumb mixture. Bake for 45 min. @ 350 deg.
